Look, this is my litmus test: I pretend I am the original Earl of Sandwich. I have asked for non-bread foods to be brought to me inside bread, that I might more easily consume them one-handed while gambling.
This does not enable my wretched regency habits. This is not what I asked for. I do not deign to grace it with the name of my house.

What does your morning, afternoon & evening routine look like to you? One typical event in any persons day would have them feeling a bit tired well x’s that by 10 that’s how a #cysticfibrosis feel. It puts them down for the count. Hannah makes #cf seem simple and wears a #pokerface but this teenage girl works very hard to look “not sick”. #CF is a silent disease. Her lungs burn when she rides, it’s hard to gasp for air & keep up with her friends & when she rides her horse it’s hard to keep up with her competitors but she does it with “zero” complaints. CF is real, there is no cute and there’s never a day or a moment when she’s well. She can’t have the luxury to not have CF it’s daily it’s real. Soooo… If you don’t see her being sick is she still sick - answer yes, yes she is!
